I've put some work into standardisation of assessments for our research recently- it's really highlighted all of the potential variability in the adminstration and scoring of standardised assessments🙈

And how do we assess cognition adequately within a HASU environment, for some within 24 hrs of their stroke. Commonly used screening tools are often not sensitive enough to pick up subtle higher-level difficulties that may impact return to work and life roles @PareshMalhotra
