One mistake done in the training environment is prescribing exercises because they were good for one person .
Make sure the exercise fits the individual so the individual can improve.
As an athlete what is your low hanging fruit?
➡️ Size
➡️ Strength
➡️ Mobility
➡️ Speed
➡️ Vertical Jump
➡️ Skill
If you do not prioritize it as soon as possible, it will be the reason you fall short of your goals.
If you do not train consistency 2 times per week you have a higher chance of:
1. Hurting your knee
2. Gaining weight (unwanted)
3. Losing muscle mass
4. Not improving
5. Not jumping higher
6. Being slow
Is it worth it⁉️
9th and 10th graders should spend their time improving on 2-3 qualities in their sport. This will help them get noticed by colleges when they are in 11th or 12th grade…
The only way athletes can gain or lose weight is if they:
1️⃣ Eat food- carbs, protein, fats
2️⃣ Lift weights 2+ times per week
Telling yourself you want to gain or lose weight doesn’t work 100% of time.

5. Chase Games
6. Mastery of body weight movements

When athletes are dealing with discomfort, the typical protocol is to rest. That can relieve chronic pain, but what also occurs is when you step back onto the court that pain comes back.
Therefore, it is suggested to keep moving.
