@OVOEnergy my 80 year old parents have been made to pay a bill for their old house they moved out of 3 months ago. My mother was told that she had to pay it and had debt collectors after her. The poor thing was terrified and your customer service team told her it was her problem.

@SW_Railway congrats! The most unreliable service in Britain goes on ANOTHER strike, ruining thousands of people's working week and creating very dangerous conditions on the trains so people are getting hurt. On top of that, signal failures! *Very slow clapping*
