It’s distressing to see innumerable touting sites and chancers buy up face value gig tickets to sell to fans for exorbitant profit. Dont get fleeced. Let ‘em keep ‘em. I’d rather play to empty rooms than have you shafted. Legislation is paramount.

Advice... NEVER use @HastingsDirect! Appalling customer service. Requested manager call 23.01 was refused, called 24.01 manager call me back in 1 hr - 2 hrs waiting still no call. Advisor messed up - then refused to pass call on! CANCEL POLICY

@uk_dhl offer THE worst customer service! I would tell anybody now NEVER use this company! Rang up about an issue with my delivery - they can’t help as the pick up point no longer accepts DHL even though was selected off a DHL website!!!
