Completed a #FirstResponder course for @ScoutsScotland today. Was glad to see how much of my @BritishArmy Matt3 training I still remembered. But definitely good to get a refresh and to contextualise the training for youngsters that I've never dealt with before.

After months of talking about it, I finally did my first couch to 5K this morning. I had a crazy idea to do a half marathon in 2024 but haven't been running in well over a year. So I knew I needed to build up to it. Yes, I could feel I was working hard, but it seems good so far!
