@EQUIPTO Solid advice. Other things folks might wanna consider: crunches, pushups, and planks. Takes under 10 mins. Yields great benefits. Strengthening your core is crucial. Doing pull-ups on building scaffolding is my ultimate revenge against the pandemic.
