There is one White teacher for every five White students in CT. For every Black teacher in CT, there are 30 Black students.

Over half of the CT public schools have NO BLACK TEACHERS. C’mon. Even the most well-intended White ppl who never meet a Black person in a position authority and intellect cannot help but be swayed to think less of us. Not even Black ppl can escape such racist notions.
