Park crews completed the transport of the Green River Ferry ahead of schedule this afternoon. Green River Ferry Road South has reopened to traffic. Visitors can now access Joppa Ridge Road, Echo River Spring Trail, and the Green River kayak and canoe ramp.

The following roadways and areas have reopened following recent flooding: Dennison Ferry Road and Day Use Area, Houchin Ferry Road and Campground, and Green River Ferry Road from Mammoth Cave Parkway to Maple Springs Campground.
Due to water covering the roadway, Cave City Road is temporarily closed from the intersection with Park Ridge Road to the intersection with Mammoth Cave Parkway. Park officials plan to reopen the roadway tomorrow, April 6, if conditions are safe.
