Lower to a depth where your feet remain flat and the weight is predominantly in your heels
Back angle should remain constant throughout
Drive up through the heels and exhale
When all reps completed walk straight into the rack then lower down to finish

How to Back Squat…
Set the bar up at a height which is lower than your shoulder height
Face the bar
Grip the bar with hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart
Go under the bar and position yourself so the bar rests on your traps
With feet directly under the bar brace and stand
Pull the bar into you and retract both scapula so it sits comfortably
Feet should be hip width apart with toes slightly turned out
Big deep breath and brace
Bend at both your knees and hips simultaneously
Be close enough to the cable machine that the cable can work straight down, with your body remaining still.
It’s easy enough and you’ll feel the difference instantly.

One of the most butchered exercises in the gym… Tricep extensions 🤦♂️
How to do it correctly?
Keep the top part of your arm still, allow the Tricep to do the work in extending the arm by flexing and extending through the elbow joint.
1 and a half reps…
Why?
Increase time under tension in the weakest part of the muscle, the end range.
So?
Greater time under tension will allow for greater muscle development, and strength in that end range too.
It can be performed with most exercises, give it a try 😉

All you need to focus on here is setting shoulder blades pre lift (the sensation of your chest being pushed into the bench) and squeezing your lats as you are pulling the bar from the floor

Pull from your lats (NOT just using arms) ✅
Consciously squeeze lats together at the top point ✅
Full extension (feel the lengthening of your lats as you bring the weights down) ✅
