I have reported @FTC regarding the company and my case involving @YouTube and @TeamYouTube.

It has been 9 months, and I still have not been given a chance to speak with a real human being. My channel was wrongfully terminated, despite the fact that I had worked on it for 4 years. I genuinely believe I did not do anything that violated the policies, and I have lost access to my content and memories.

However, I strongly believe this decision was made in error. My channel primarily focused on Gacha animations and other creative content. I always tried to follow YouTube's policies and maintain a safe environment for viewers. I have never intentionally uploaded content intended to promote harm, hate, spam, scams, or circumvention.

My previously submitted appeal was rejected automatically, and I believe my case was not properly reviewed by a human. I am asking for a genuine human review of my case.

I have also gone through the DSA dispute process, and I received a decision in my favour. I believe this matter deserves proper attention rather than being ignored.

Please, @YouTube and @TeamYouTube, review my case again with a real human being. I am asking for my channel to be restored if the termination was made in error. I have evidence supporting my case, and I strongly believe I did not violate the circumvention policy.

Please don't ignore my case. I just want a fair and proper human review.
