It’s been nearly a year since the publication of this article, and over two years since the CCC privately acknowledged the lab fraud problem. Meanwhile, we continue to see inaccurate data and fraudulent passes in the Massachusetts testing program. (1)

The purpose of #labtesting in #cannabis is for consumers to have real data and safe products. If this fraudulent activity is allowed to continue, there is no purpose to the testing program at all.

We are hopeful @MA_Cannabis will take swift action to protect consumer safety.
