Let me say in a world where good customer service is as rare as a Panda Bear in Africa. The ladies @BrowningArms rebate department were on top of a mistake I had made and corrected it within the 15 min. I saw the email and when I called.Oh and I did not have to talk to a computer

@Lowes I want you to know my delivery was changed today on a microwave I ordered. Not 1 person called. To make it worse I had to talk to your AI computer who kept getting it wrong. I just canceled the order. Who ever thinks talking to a computer is good service should be fired.
