@jamiecuffe @akothari @jamiecuffe GS is not just for large CSM orgs (as an SMB we only have 4 CSMs); we had it up and operational in 3 months, GS CS & PX in 6 months; "lots of custom work" is relative I suppose... integrations were pretty easy using S3 buckets and MDAs.
