Our second concrete 3D printing lab is now operational. With the addition of our new robotic arm, we are now making good progress on our @Interreg_CIRMAP project as we aim to complete 5 pieces of street furniture using recycled fine aggregates.

@Captain_Karnak@Matt3DMaker I think Matt meant we could scan the area in which the bezel sits and reverse engineer using the scan data as a reference. It’s probably easier just to use measurements and produce a couple of prototypes. The scanning spray is called Aesub.
We’re excited to have not 1, not 2, but 3 of our previous MSc Industrial Digitalisation students featured in the @KTNUK and @TheManufacturer 50 Young People Making Manufacturing Smarter. Congratulations to Elen, Luke and Mark for making the list! @ManMetUni@FabriconDesign
@brad_rothenberg@SteveHoops It’s been sorted out now. Just to clarify I was approached on Instagram by Fusion to share the glove render. I did make two visuals, however I have always credited both softwares. My apologies to you both for what has happened, perhaps it’s best I leave logos out next time.
Got to grips with @nTopology over the festive period. These Concept Cricket Gloves have been designed with an open cell Lattice to improve breathability and reduce the build up of sweat. Modelled and Rendered in @adskFusion360. Lattices produced in N Top Platform. #cricket
A fantastic example of 3D printing across different disciplines. One of our 3D printed Bacula was shown on @BBCTwo#Autumnwatch last week. Research by @cbrassey and printed by @GaryBuller7 on the @Ultimaker S5. Thank you Charlotte for including us in this project. @ManMetUni
