"Whilst we are glad that the jury recognised significant & various failings in care provided to Lily it is nonetheless utterly heartbreaking to know that her death was entirely avoidable."

In an inquest that seemingly threw up everything, I’m glad to see the amazing job done by Emma-Louise Fenelon and Ali Cloak for the family. Some significant lessons to be learned.
Emma-Louise Fenelon acted for the family of a serving prisoner at Lowdham Grange Prison at an inquest into their death. A conclusion of neglect was returned and the Coroner referred 17 witnesses to the NMC/GMC.
Emma was instructed by @RWKGoodman.
