I want Markus Kessler, CEO of @UPS in the U.K. to personally ring me and explain why @ups gets my deliveries wrong 99% of the time. I’m still waiting for my package. A manager assured me yesterday that he would call yesterday to update me. He didn’t. Package is now 7 days late.

I have found Markus Kessler’s email address and contacted him directly. Unsurprisingly I get an automatic reply stating that he’s currently unavailable to respond.
At least that reply was delivered promptly, unlike any package sent through @ups to me over the last 15 years
