And NOW if the aunt does the process again at #BritishAirways , the price has doubled, how convenient, not to mention all the money wasted talking to the Indian call centre. And no other phone available in Europe for the whole weekend, BA service is equal to a low fare company?

@British_Airways I need help concerning a reservation for a child, which I made yesterday and it is a real nightmare since they didn’t let me pay for it, because I wanted to link it to a reservation made by her aunt who will be the one travelling with him. But surprise!!

they don’t let her pay either because the international call centre from India says I need to give data consent and they don’t let me do it in the phone!!!! Besides, data consent to what? To a random reservation number with NO ID on it? It is really a crazy and inefficient system

@British_Airways Barbara, that is the problem, they never replied and we are still waiting. But amazingly#BritishAirways doesn’t have operative calling centres during the weekends for customers calling from Spain

@British_Airways Por qué sus call centres son tan ineficientes? Dejan desatendido a un menor que lleva 24h esperando poder vincular su reserva a la de sus tíos. Call centre desde España en Bucarest dice una cosa y cuando te atienden desde India es la contraria. Vergüenza

@British_Airways The ones in Europe won’t let me pay because I’m not the one travelling and the India call centre won’t let the aunt pay for the reservation for some data protection, to what??? A surname?? There’s no ID number on a reservation, just some random number-letters

Cuando veas algo así, no tengas miedo, no llames a los bomberos o a la policía, no te muevas, y no los mates.

Estas son solo abejas que viajan y paran durante solo 24 horas. No los molestes y evita acercarte a ellos, no te harán daño.

Si quieres ayudar, pon un plato plano o bandeja con un poco de agua azucarada.
Las abejas comerán, ganarán energía y volarán lejos.

Todos tenemos que proteger a las abejas migratorias, son nuestro seguro de supervivencia.

I would spend less time firing unvaccinated young people who have recovered from Covid. I would spend more time boosting older people who hadn't ever been exposed to the virus.
