Congratulations to alumni Kaelan Majekodunmi who will represent Australia at the AFC U-20 Asian Cup Uzbekistan 2023 Qualifiers in Kuwait that kicks off today!
Kaelan, who graduated from the College in 2021 will play as a defender for the @subwayaustralia Young @Socceroos.
Congratulations to our Associated & Catholic Colleges of WA (ACC) Athletics Team for winning the C Division 2022 ACC Athletics Carnival!
Our team won five of the seven shields at the carnival: the junior boys and girls, senior girls, overall girls and combined aggregate.
Congratulations to alumni athlete Rhiannon Clark (class of 2020), who returned to the Commonwealth Games podium this week after winning a bronze medal in the T37/38 100m at the @birminghamcg22!
At just 20 years old, Rhiannon is now a two-time Commonwealth Games medalist!
Our Year 8 Humanities students had a day at the @wamuseum last week to learn more about history and interact with the wonderful exhibits.
Since their trip, they have been busy applying their knowledge from the excursion to design their own museum displays on the Middle Ages.
Our Year 10-12 Senior Boys CAS AFL team has won their grand final for the first time in Mater Dei history!
Playing against Peter Moyes Anglican Community School, our boys came out on top with a resounding 18.5 (110) to 2.1 (13) victory!

Congratulations to alumni Corey Rocchiccioli and the Western Australia Men's cricket team for claiming victory against Victoria in the Sheffield Shield final for the first time in 23 years!
In the first innings, Corey scored 50 runs from 29 bowls and 2 wickets from 11 overs!

Congratulations to recent graduate Ashlee Harwood for being offered a full scholarship to attend @JacksonvilleU in Florida!
She flew to the United States last month to commence her Chemistry/Biochemistry degree and play Division 1 softball for @JAX_Softball.

Ken Spillman’s new book, ‘The Right Spirit’, highlights the history of @accsport in WA and the achievements of past and present Mater Dei students.
Many feature in the book – one being Mr Coutts, our Deputy Principal, who co-captained our winning athletics team in 1997!
