I’ve been waiting for the disaggregated data to drop to better understand the “Latino” vote and finally they’re out. There’s many dangers in using Latinx because we aren’t a homogenous group. Different groups have different concerns, needs, and histories in the US. We can’t flatten these differences. These numbers also helps us better understand where the work is needed and where and how we must mobilize. One thing is certain though, we have a lot of work to do.

It was energizing to see people today. But I missed some! One person I missed and wanted to give a shout out to is Dr. Sarah Woulfin. She was co-advisor & co-chair of my dissertation comm. Her scholarship & practice is about great coaching. 🎓
