The genie said: "Wow, that's pretty tough. Do you have a backup wish?"
I asked: "How about having Trump immediately release all the #Epstein files?"
The genie said: "Can we do back to that world peace thing?"
I was on a walk today and I came across a bottle. I rubbed it and a genie came out. He said: "I'm not like the genie in the movies. I will only grant you one wish, so make it good."
I said: "If I only have one, I guess I'd wish for world peace and goodwill for all."
My wife and I made a donation to the PTO that is supporting Senator John Hoffman and his wife Yvette. They were shot by the domestic terrorist here in Minnesota two days ago, who has thankfully been caught.
They will also have medical bills and other expenses such as improving security at their home.
You should check with your accountant, but the PTO is a nonprofit and you could deduct this donation.
Our officers just arrested a man who was stopped during our screening process at the Capitol Visitor Center (CVC). The man smelled like fuel, had a torch & a flare gun.
The CVC is closed for tours for the day, while we investigate. We will provide more information when we can.
“States who have gone looking for non-citizen voters have found shockingly few," says David Becker. He says Ohio announced that in over a decade, it found six possible cases of non-citizens voting. https://t.co/WAIqCRBevX
@kemettler @Kris10Parisi In MSP, I read (and donate to) @SahanJournal and @MinnPost who, in my view, are doing a great job reporting on local issues and doing important investigative work. Hope it turns around in D.C.
Hugh O'Flaherty, an Irish Catholic priest, rescued approximately 4,000 Allied soldiers and Jews, during World War II in Rome.
Leveraging his clerical position and the sanctuary provided by the Vatican, he hid these people across various safe houses, farms, and convents. Despite intense Nazi efforts to capture him, his Vatican protection shielded him from official arrest and he even narrowly escaped an assassination attempt.
His actions were instrumental in saving most of Rome's Jewish population. He passed away in 1963.
Nicholas Winton helped 669 Jewish children escape the Nazis and his efforts went unrecognised for 50 years.
Then, in 1988, while sitting as a member of a TV audience, he suddenly found himself surrounded by the kids he had rescued, who were now adults.
