@un_a_valeable @CFagan1987 No, he moved to West Point after Lincoln rejected the Anaconda Plan. Lincoln had to come up to visit hat in hand a year later and ask for advice on how to fix the war effort.

The ASU is more deeply connected to the long history of Army uniform traditions. The AGSU is an incredibly sharp update of a great-looking uniform that pretty much everyone (well, not the Axis) has good feelings about. AGSU is better to look at, but less interesting.
Someone made a comment earlier about the new Army Uniform. I think the Army Green Service Uniform (Left) looks way better than the Army Service Uniform (Blue, right), but what do you think?
And before someone says, they are for different events and one looks more formal, remember that the regulation for when worn is identical. I am simply asking which do you prefer.
Today my thoughts are of Captain Alix Idrache, a US Army helicopter pilot, who graduated at the top of his West Point class with a degree in physics in 2016.

@StarfleetHist The fun thing about knowing nothing about Star Trek's deep lore is that I have no idea if L'Rell and Sturka are canon characters or if they were just invented for The Edge of Midnight. To me, they're all just as real as Kirk.
