Before the doors open, our mentors gather to pray.
They pray for the ministry leaders we serve, the conversations that will take place, and the lives that will be impacted through mentoring.
Prayer is at the heart of all we do.

Steve Lorenz and Marti Scudder recently traveled to Uganda, spending time mentoring and coaching leaders at Amazima Ministries and connecting with other local organizations. Their focus was on encouraging leaders, providing guidance, and discerning next steps for impact.
Marti recently had a great trip to Spain with Radooga Ministries, connecting with Board leaders and ministry partners. Their time was filled with great conversations, prayer, and a look at the impact of Radobot clubs on children in Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees in Spain.
With a new year comes renewed purpose and deep gratitude. We’re so grateful for a community that continues to invest in people, purpose, and meaningful impact. We are so excited for what’s ahead!
As we welcome 2026, we give thanks for the leaders we serve and the missions we support. Here’s to a year of renewed purpose, growth, and lasting impact. Happy New Year from MDI!
We were honored to have Taylor Cochran share at our annual banquet—his story reflects the very heart of MDI. For those who couldn’t be with us, we captured his testimony so you can be encouraged by his journey as well. Watch the full video here: https://t.co/V6KiL6AvOc
Lisa and Jason Frost are turning concern into action with Wired Human, empowering youth and raising awareness to create safer digital spaces. With guidance from MDI, their journey is making a real impact. Watch their full testimony through the link: https://t.co/yePFIYDh3k

Our Annual Banquet was filled with celebration, connection, and inspiration. A standout moment was our "Mentor at a Table" portion of the evening, where each guest experienced the heart of MDI through conversations with our Mentors. What a joy to celebrate their impact together!
One of the highlights of MDI's Annual Event was presenting the 2025 Founder’s Award to Troy Waugh. For more than a decade, Troy has poured his wisdom and leadership into MDI — developing tools, guiding strategy, and championing our mission. His impact has been immeasurable to MDI
At MDI's Annual Event, we had the joy of honoring two incredible leaders, Woody Camp and Alisa Malone, for serving as MDI mentors for 10 years. Their dedication and heart for ministry leaders have impacted many lives, and we are so grateful for their partnership in this mission.
What a gift it was to gather last week at MDI’s Annual Event and see how God is moving through this ministry. We’re deeply grateful for everyone who joined us — and if you weren’t able to attend, you can still be part of the impact: https://t.co/0CAbK6xjMY.
