ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿವು ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೇರಿಸಲು ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಲಿಟರೆಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ (ILP) (ಸರ್ಕಾರೇತರ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ), ಡೆಲ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜೀಸ್ (Dell Technologies) ಹಾಗೂ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಸಮಗ್ರ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಲು Career Guidance Chart ವಿತರಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಮುಚ್ಚಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಕಲಿಕಾ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಯುವಕರು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಗೂ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಕೊರತೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿದರು. ಇದನ್ನು ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಲಿಟೆರೆಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮವಾಗಿ ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವವಾದ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿತ್ತು.

ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದ ಬೀದರ್, ಕಲ್ಬುರ್ಗಿ, ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ, ರಾಯಚೂರು,ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ,ಯಾದಗಿರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಜಯನಗರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 7 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ 1,200 ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಕಿಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು 1,045 ಗ್ರಂಥಪಾಲಕರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

50 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ 26 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಯುವಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕರಿಯರ್‌ ಗೈಡೆನ್ಸ್‌ ಮಾಹಿತಿವುಳ್ಳ ಚಾರ್ಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತುಮಕೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ 39 ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಯುವಜನರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಉಜ್ವಲ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ.
