Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you as the Co-Applicant for Tractor Loan Account Number: 8810258.
I want to bring to your kind notice that due to incorrect payment instructions earlier, two of our EMIs (amounting to Rs. 25,000) were delayed.. I was misinstruted by the agency or branch officials at that time that missed EMIs will be added to the last EMI without anyone overdues. However, please look at our payment track after that incident; we have been absolutely continuous and regular in paying our monthly EMI of Rs. 12,500 every single month on time.
Currently, the system is showing an additional overdue penalty of around Rs. 40,000, which is extremely high and unjust since our ongoing track is clean. I maintain a strong financial profile with an annual ITR of Rs. 12 Lakhs, and we want to regularize this account immediately.
Therefore, I sincerely request the Grievance Cell to kindly waive off these accumulated penal/bounce charges of Rs. 40,000 as a special case. We are ready to pay the actual missed EMI amount of Rs. 25,000 in one lump sum online today to clear the overdue status.
Kindly review our case, approve the penalty waiver, and provide us with the final payable amount link so we can update our CIBIL status.
