@AndyProvin@FReichComeback@NFLBillsWizard@TheBillsGuys No, outside leverage you’re forcing them to the middle. They’re guarding the sideline. Look at the CBs width and hips. That’s outside lev. It’s what you do when teams have 0 timeouts in that situation. As you said, they had 3. They gave them free completions to the middle.
@AndyProvin@FReichComeback@NFLBillsWizard@TheBillsGuys It’s - literally - the worst D play calling of the past 20 years and here you are defending it. Don’t even think you know what “outside leverage” means. Have a good one buddy, good night.
@JaySkurski So McDermott gets no criticism for taking the penalty and McDermott gets no criticism for the D allowing 11 yards on the following play. Must be nice to exist in a world where you’re in charge yet receive none of the blame.
@AndyProvin@FReichComeback@NFLBillsWizard@TheBillsGuys No. The Chiefs had 2 time outs and the Bills played outside leverage guarding the sidelines as if the Chiefs had zero time outs and had to get out of bounds. They gave EASY completions to the middle of the field. How is this news, everybody knows the mistakes that were made?!!!
Herbert’s pocket presence leaves a bit to be desired. Just doesn’t know how to escape wide outside the pocket to create more time. He only knows how to step up - whether there’s space there or not.
@Billsfan1118 Was mad during, but not mad at all now. Disappointed that I believe this loss reveals cracks in the team that will rear their ugly head later and unless the offense can overcome them, it’ll be an early exit again.
@FReichComeback@NFLBillsWizard@TheBillsGuys But despite how high his floor his his ceiling is limited because of his adherence to his D philosophy. This shows up - repeatedly - in the post season against elite QBs.
@robertmays Love Scorsese and his 80s and 90s run might be unrivaled…but his most under appreciated work - and MAYBE his best - is The Age of Innocense. Illustrates his range as a director in a way not seen since Kubrick in American cinema.
@JA17MVP There’s a reason that the Lions have played more man coverage and blitzed more frequently once they lost DL with injuries. If something no longer works change it up.
@JoshAllenStats@TheJoeMarino Yeah, now that you mention it, that’s right, a week or two ago. I like your positive outlook even though I’m feeling anything but positive right now.
