@Bufalo_3179 @viajaVolaris Creo que ninguna, y lo que estoy viendo mucho (y me esta pasando a mi) es que te estan modificando tu reservacion original sin avisar, a un vuelo que quizas si se efectua, pero sino te enteras y pierdes el vuelo te imputan a ti el no haberte presentado.

@krizo88 @viajaVolaris Cuidado porque sin avisarte van a modificar tu reservación, cuando te enteres el nuevo vuelo ya habrá pasado y van a decir que no te presentaste. Estoy peleando justo lo mismo pero no hay manera de obtener respuesta alguna.

@viajaVolaris and all flight trackers show flight Y4 912 for tomorrow morning (04/04/2020) as cancelled. I feel like you are being intentionally deceptive and don't want to own up to the cancellation on your end, forcing a no show on the passenger side...
