@Staunts_@tes The grades were lower because the grade boundaries were increased to get us back to 2019 figures! Which is a joke! My students had to gain 10 extra marks just to be able to pass without even knowing that would happen to them!
Good luck to all the A Level and BTEC students today receiving their results! No matter the results there is always a pathway that awaits you! Be proud of what you have accomplished and congratulations. Remember your teachers are proud of you! #alevels2023#ResultsDay
Amazing start to Business Enterprise Day. Yr10 getting to see just what yr12 business students do. Come along tomorrow evening for HC6 Open Evening, we will be here until 7.30pm. A pleasure to have students from other Trust schools join us. @CastleManor@tgschool@CountyHighSch
@danicquinn Finding provisions that are close to your workplace is a far better option. That way you reduce travel and stress in one go. It can be done, it just takes planning.
@danicquinn My daughter went to nursery from 8-5 before I was a teacher & I worked in hospitality, from 2 years old. Sheβs now 10 and Iβve been a teacher for 3 years. Iβve found breakfast and after school clubs are the answer. Most days sheβs at school from 8-4:30 & her school is next door!
It has been an emotional few days saying goodbye to the year 11βs. But it is this point in the year where we reflect and remember why it was all worth it!
