LG's Office of the President has been contacted, but we still have no resolution. I need someone in executive management to intervene. Our 13-month-old washer remains broken despite LG agreeing to cover repairs. We want a repair or replacement

@LGUSSupport Our LG washer is only 13 months old and not usable!! LG agreed to cover the repair, but NO repair company will come because "LG doesn't pay them!" After 8 days and escalating to the pres. with no resolution, we want a replacement or refund. #LG #Customer service

UPDATE: @LGUSSupport contacted me privately and promised someone would reach out. Another day has passed, and STILL NO CALL and NO REPAIR.
How much longer are we expected to wait? If LG cannot arrange a repair promptly, I want a replacement. We need a resolution. @LGUS
