@lazboy My father ordered a chair in July with expected October delivery. Mid October we hadn't heard from store & reached out. Told it was on a truck to be delivered on 10/13. This week we were told the chair and fabric were no longer available. What kind of service is this?

@UniversalORL Super disappointed. Bought 2 two-park tickets & express passes. Was told at 3pm Hagrid's Motorbike was closed. Staff told us the ride closed at 5pm. People spend thousands of dollars to make the most of one day here. So heartbroken and frustrated.
