So that’s roughly $3,800 a month...
Mortgage or rent: $2,000 to $2,500 (in Connecticut)
Gas or oil: $75.00 to $100.00
Electricity: $200.00
Food and extras: $500.00 to $600.00
Car payment with insurance: $600.00
There is probably a bunch more line items we could put down. So, how do you fix up the house, pay medical bills, cover kids' costs, and scrape money together to make investments when your stocks, pensions, and 401ks are manipulated anyways?
