Michiana Extract & Grain Associaton (MEGA) was formed in December of 2003 as a way for Michiana area homebrewers to gather and discuss the hobby of homebrewing.

Andrew, Bruce, and Lucas braved the weather at the Shelf Ice Brewfest pouring beers for MEGA!

One of our members, Lucas Livingston, Beach, IN, was featured in Zymurgy Magazine. He displays his home made electric motorized beer wagon at the 2024 Michiana Festival of Beers.

Lucas has been brewing for 12 years, an AHA member for 4 years, and member of MEGA since 2016.
