@IndiaPostOffice I request to remove the limit for RTGS in the India Post app. I had to transfer Rs 9 lakhs so I had to do it twice and unnecessary bear charges twice. In this digital era RTGS are provided free and you are charging spoiling our PM mission of digital India

@bankofbaroda Very poor service to super senior citizens at Nanpura, Surat, Gujarat branch. No reply over phone. Called many times but no response. It's very difficult to visit the branch every time. Do look into it

@IndiaPostOffice Again the same incident at Mahidharpura HO. Both below shown as delivered but actually not. On visiting the post office this morning a postman named Jenish told me I will come and deliver as it was with him and wrongly shown as delivered online by wrongly signed
