Unpopular Opinion. Faculty development should be about developing what you’re already good at & leveraging your strengths. Never about force feeding things you’ll be ok at. Wasting time practicing mediocrity is not development, it’s stalling me from being BA in my expert areas.

Speaks volumes for peer acceptance. I think my kids feel profoundly surrounded and supported in the diversity their generation has to offer. It’s amazing and lovely to experience.
