My stance has been & remains 100% $ for all virtual students enrolled in brick-&-mortar schools during the pandemic regardless of who determines the virtual option (parent, health dept or school). Many are/will be running two platforms (onsite/virtual)
No penalizing schools!
Given the layers of complexities happening in the world and the impact on ALL Hoosiers, a re-entry plan without addressing student & staff social-emotional and behavioral needs is simply not a plan.
When seeing educators doing amazing things online-sometimes rather than celebrate their success we get wrapped up in professional jealousy (PJ). PJ is a real thing and it drags you down & stresses you out. Guard your heart. Celebrate the talents of others, as well as your own.
