Thank you to everyone who came to Fir Park today to say goodbye to Anne Sim. It was very emotional as the cortege stopped for a few minutes outside the Main entrance to allow us to pay our respects. Anne would have loved the sea of claret and amber that was there for her 🧡❤️

We received the sad news this morning that one of our members, Anne, sadly passed away last night. Anne was heavily involved with the DSA and a @MotherwellFC fan all her life. She will be very much missed in the shelter and our thoughts are with her husband Andy.

Really saddened to hear of the passing of lifelong ‘Well fan Ann Sim, who with her husband Andy were mainstays at the heart of the Wishaw Supporters Association (and latterly in the DSA) for as long as I’ve been following the club. My thoughts are with her family and friends.

Stephen is right, we are a family and we have worked hard to create that bond within the DSA. It's not just a game of football for our members, it's about feeling part of something and enjoying each others company.
