@JayaGup10 So perhaps the strategic question is not only how to protect your data and know-how, but also, (more importantly), how to own your own integration, evaluation, memory, feedback loop, workflow and evolve your own hybrid operating model of human + AI?
@JayaGup10 Completed agreed on protecting judgment and know-how, not just data. But the TikTok analogy breaks down. Furthermore, most of today's know-how commoditizes either way. The deepest moat isn't what a company knows at any point in time, it's how fast it learns, validates, and acts.
Cannot wait to try DeepSeek V4 with OpenClaw and OpenCode. Per DeekSeek press release “Currently, DeepSeek-V4 has become the Agentic Coding model used internally by the company. Based on evaluation feedback, its user experience is better than Sonnet 4.5, and its delivery quality is close to Opus 4.6 in non-thinking mode, though it still lags somewhat behind Opus 4.6 in thinking mode.”
@garrytan Thanks for sharing. This makes completely sense because it directly use the power of LLMs while fixing their limitation - static intelligence.
@garrytan Agreed but with prerequisite that the org/user who pay that price tags have good enough context - that’s a way slow progress than advancing model capabilities
I set up OpenClaw for my business partner and CEO of our startup two weeks ago, and yesterday, I asked him how much he would pay for keeping that OpenClaw, he said $500-1000 per month for now, and the price will go up while he train it more. Meanwhile, every of my friends who saw me working with my OpenClaw wants it, but almost none of them is capable because most of are in enterprise. Why it took so long for someone to come up an enterprise version? @steipete@Jason
@elvissun@Elvis I guess it is just the new normal we will live in. For now, I switched to GPT 5.4, it is painful to adjust the personality, but will see!
@jb563consulting @toddsaunders@AJA_Cortes I have been using OpenClaw for a while but fascinated by the idea of virtual company with PaperClip. Wondering what is your experience with PaperClip?
Excited to share that our team was accepted into the @E2B for Startups program. We received $20K in E2B credits + E2B Pro Tier. It will help us on our journey of building industrial knowledge agent.Big thanks to the team at E2B, can't wait to build with their sandbox environment made for AI agents! If you are an early startup, check out if you are eligible for the program https://t.co/sG63WUOAtT.
@nicbstme Hi Nicolas, very thoughtful piece. What do you think of integration as a moat? Like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, their capabilities of integrating with hundreds if not thousands of different system have been accumulated capabilities that is hard to be replicated.
@akoratana@JayaGup10@akoratana if I may, would you pls share your experience of how you capture the offline reasoning trace by human without causing additional workload? It is the biggest challenge we have in our case.
@akoratana Excellent sharing @akoratana@JayaGup10 very resonating with what we have been building for factory troubleshooting agents in the past 18 months. The “agent as walker” concept is fascinating but in our case, it is more like “(agent+human) as walkers”.
