Congratulations, Annalee: I really look forward to reading (and citing) your important new book, for my @MonashPolsIR research program.
For those of you interested, I corresponded in 1995-2019 with the late Lt Col. Dr Michael Aquino. This included suggesting some international relations and MBA negotiation books for his 2013 and 2016 book MindWar - which he kindly thanks me in:

The late Chris Cowan and his partner Natasha Todorovic-Cowan got me the UCSB library copy of Dr Aquino's 1980 PhD dissertation on the Neutron Bomb (very relevant to current debates about Russian nuclear blackmail using its 'on alert' tactical nuclear weapons), which convinced him to release a 1982 revised version via Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing system:

My own most well known contribution in this area (apart from my 1998-2008 site editorial and writing work for the former @disinfo site) is the 2009 conference paper Twitter Free Iran that I wrote with @mfjmonash scholar @beneltham, that led Iranians to directly target me (hacking my blog, plagiarising articles, and inviting me to conferences as attempted entrapment), and which has become highly cited internationally:

Congratulations again, Annalee - an important book on an often misunderstood subject - and at a very important time.
The print edition of Stories Are Weapons is out on 17th July 2024.
