@JerodClark39@ArynneWexler I don't see this as being about preferring being liked over not being liked. It's about how much you care IF you are not liked. Another way of saying it is to ask if being liked is a need or a bonus. (You could also argue it depends on WHO it is that likes or doesn't like you.)
@individual1st@catturd2@sHocKet01 Big point of emphasis last year at this time was how counties moved red relative to 2020. I wonder how much of this is a reversal of those shifts.
Even that is a stronger statement than necessary, James. You could have two sides that both have a good approach to achieving a goal, and the debate can be over which is the better "good". In other words, we can experience the inverse of the trolley problem where the debate is over avoiding the worse "bad".
In honor of Elon and Vivek being picked as the heads of Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), here some of the dumbest uses of your tax dollars.
5. $20,000 to drag shows in Ecuador.
4. $30,000 to study the secret language of butchers in Paris.
3. $750,000 for the New York Metropolitan Opera fire alarm.
2. $350,000 to develop AI smart toilets.
1. $660,000 to study the impact that COVID had on Russian women.
I love that they are in a much better place than I expected them to be at, and the level of competition has not been stellar yet (opponents a combined 2-4 against non-Bills opponents), but those 3 opponents are still a competitive Arizona team, a division rival on the road, and an opponent that has just been annoying to us the last few years.
This team has played nearly unstoppable football for the last 11 quarters (out of 12). These next three weeks will be a good barometer for just how good this team is, especially going to a Baltimore team that will be extremely desperate to avoid a 1-3 start in their own building on national TV.
@benbbaldwin I'm curious as to why the tier lines slope at a 1.5 rate instead of 1.0 (or even something in between, like 1.2)? Is offensive EPA/play THAT MUCH more important than defensive EPA/play?
As we all grieve the immense loss of actor James Earl Jones (Star Wars, The Lion King), I wanted to celebrate one his funnier milestones, reading Letterman’s best Top Ten List, reciting commercial jingles with his spectacular, powerful, booming voice. #RIPJamesEarlJones
@_wishbone2518@ByMHarrington In general, yes, but look at that image, and you see there looks to be nothing blocking his view of Harrison. A glance in that direction, and the ball should be launched.
@Sabremetrix Can we just appreciate the ability of an individual in an outfit that does not allow facial expressions to express pure disappointment so perfectly?
