@Currys_irl is it legit when Currys offer you a goodwill gesture gift card, to then say there is a problem with your gift card system but someone from finance will call you to transfer the money into your bank! Seems strange, cautious to give out my bank details.

@Currys_irl absolutely appalling customer service from Currys! My parcel arrived opened and an item missing, even dpd have confirmed the package was opened upon delivery! No response to emails, calling customer service and they keep telling me to wait it's been investigated!
