@PlanningPortal i submitted an application, client paid the fee by cheque (because of £1000 limit), this was cashed on 7th. The application is still in draft & the LPA say they don't have it-what can I do? (other than never use the portal again when the fee exceeds this amount)
@PlanningPortal is it possible to email? I wanted to suggest that when an application fee is paid, you email the form with the acknowledgment- like the appeal service. It’s annoying having to log back in when client’s paid just to save a copy of the form
Wow. Just received a start letter from PINS for an enforcement appeal submitted at the end of 2018!! The passage of time has definitely worked in our favour on this one, the development will have well and truly assimilated into the landscape by now!
@ivordavey I’ve been frustrated from the start. Half the country working to keep the other half on their jollies. It’s not surprising they’re ‘worried’ to go back. No problem with those in hospitality and non-essential retail, but as for the rest 🤷🏼♀️
