This is a big reason why I hate the Stream Culture..

The amount of entitlement from streamers in general is annoying. No one owes you subs, the platform is not the only reason you aren't growing, and no one cares that YOU put YOURSELF in a situation to not be sustainable.

This person here is a VIEWER. The viewer decided to give support to people they enjoying viewing. You do not deserve shit just because you also click go live and that viewer has money. You are not going to grow on a platform, just because the hype is there for some people.

I am so annoyed and over people thinking that if they just switch platforms, things will just happen for them. I am over the same people thinking that the viewers have to take care of them for their shitty decisions.

NOW! I want to point out that I learned this from experience. I put myself in a shitty situation in 2019 where I relied on the support of my community. I put degen hours into streaming and fully invested my time into it to the point where if I wasn't live and getting subs / bits, I was not making rev. THIS SUCKS, but what sucks more was feeling like a fucking loser for thinking I am just owed shit.

The best advice I can give anyone is never put all your eggs in one basket. No one owes you shit. This may not be as easy as you think, and you might just not be as entertaining as you thought. These numbers and metrics are PEOPLE, not just a imaginary marker to will flow to your personal feelings. But with hard work, anything is possible.

I’m streaming on Monday. Been a long time but I missed it so much I got 3 days off consecutively now so I plan on streaming Saturday night Sunday nights and Monday’s but we’ll start with the Monday 🫶🏽 real ones pull up
