Iran War Day 96 | Hormuz Blockade Day 77 | Ceasefire Day 57 | US Blockade Day 52 | June 3, 2026 AM
Follow-On: The Unwinding – Why Reopening the Strait Requires an Epic Logistical Operation
Even if a deal removes mines and fast boats and the Strait of Hormuz is declared “open,” the real bottleneck is not political declarations. Negotiations remain off the rails in a fragmented, indirect format (via Qatar, Pakistan, and Oman) that heavily favors Iran. Core issues are stalled: the US demands verifiable nuclear rollback, missile restraints, and removal of maritime threats (mines + IRGCN fast boats), while Iran insists on full sanctions relief and lifting of the US naval blockade. Limited prisoner swaps provide tactical humanitarian theater but have not moved the strategic needle. This protracted, multi-channel approach plays directly into Iranian strategy — buying time to further degrade the stranded fleet, entrench asymmetric capabilities, and raise the eventual cost of any resolution for the US and global markets. A more detailed analysis of the negotiation dynamics and Iranian playbook will follow in a separate post. @Erik_Erikprince@GenFlynn@jaredkushner
Serious preparations for the logistical unwinding should already be well underway in parallel with talks — yet there is little public evidence of the required scale of pre-positioning. @SecRubio@SecWar@StephenM
1/ This is not a simple “line up and sail through” scenario. The Persian Gulf currently holds a paralyzed commercial fleet of 1,500–3,200+ vessels — larger than any national navy by hull count. Vessels have been at minimum manning for months. Hulls are heavily fouled in warm waters, dramatically reducing speed and increasing fuel consumption. Crew contracts have expired, mental health strain is acute, and resupply of food, water, and medical stores is patchy. Getting these ships seaworthy, de-fouled, re-crewed, and sequenced for safe transit through constrained waters demands synchronized action across navies, commercial operators, ports, insurers, and governments on a scale rarely seen outside major wars.
@CENTCOM@US5thFleet@Maersk@MSCCargo@cmacgm
2/ The scale is daunting. Priorities include:
• Rapid crew rotations (potentially airlifting thousands of replacement seafarers)
• Emergency hull cleaning at scale (floating drydocks or diver teams)
• Coordinated bunker fuel and stores deliveries
• De-confliction of movements in congested waters
• Prioritized sequencing based on cargo urgency (perishables, livestock, critical energy, medical supplies first)
This is a true whole-of-government + whole-of-industry effort. US leadership, with Gulf state port support and major shipping lines (@BIMCONews@ITFglobalunion@IMOHQ), will be essential. Congressional oversight and resourcing from the defense committees will also be critical.
@SASCGOP@SASCDems@HASCRepublicans@HASCDemocrats@elonmusk@VP
3/ Maritime insurance adds another massive layer of complexity. War risk premiums remain highly elevated (currently 2–6% of hull value in many cases), far above pre-crisis levels. Blocking & Trapping clauses are nearing or triggering on many vessels after 3+ months of idling. P&I clubs face surging exposure on crew, pollution, and cargo spoilage claims. Even with a formal reopening, underwriters will demand weeks or months of demonstrated stability before normalizing coverage. Government backstops (e.g., DFC reinsurance) have helped prevent total collapse but highlight how deeply intertwined public and private risk-bearing must become.
@LloydsofLondon@IUMI_marine@americanpandi@londonpandi
4/ The actual logistics involved are staggering. This operation would require thousands of specialized personnel — merchant mariners, stevedores, hull cleaners, marine surveyors, fuelers, inspectors, and logistics coordinators — many of whom must be airlifted in or rotated out under tight timelines. It demands dozens of support vessels (tugs, barges, floating drydocks, bunker barges), massive quantities of materials (cleaning chemicals, anti-fouling equipment, spare parts, fuel, food, water), and sustained airlift capacity for crews, technicians, and high-priority components. Port capacity in the Gulf and Oman would be pushed to limits as ships are processed, inspected, insured, and sequenced. This is not moving an army across an ocean once; it is simultaneously servicing, crewing, insuring, and extracting thousands of large commercial vessels already in theater, many degraded and carrying problematic cargo, while maintaining safety and commercial viability.
4a / A robust quick-reaction capability must be pre-positioned and ready from day one. Even with cleared lanes and removed fast-boat threats, residual risk remains high: missed mines, rogue IRGCN elements, shore-based missiles, or simple mechanical failure on heavily fouled hulls can disable or damage a ship in the narrow sea lanes. A single burning or disabled VLCC can block a traffic separation scheme for days. Therefore, a standing quick-reaction force — tugs, firefighting boats, rescue/recovery vessels, damage-control teams, and naval escort — must be on immediate call to tow disabled ships clear, fight fires on tankers, rescue crews, and restore lane flow within hours, not days. This is not optional surge capacity; it is permanent operational insurance to prevent one incident from re-paralyzing the entire corridor. Without it, the entire unwinding effort collapses at the first serious event.@cdrsalamander@mercoglianos@mabusa@Aviation_Intel@ShawnRyan762
5/ Bottom line: A political agreement is necessary but far from sufficient. The true test of any Hormuz deal will be whether it triggers an immediate, well-resourced, US-led logistical surge capable of unwinding this massive backlog. The complete scale of coordination required — across U.S. Central Command, Military Sealift Command, commercial shipping companies, P&I clubs, hull underwriters, reinsurers, classification societies, Gulf and Omani ports, stevedoring firms, airlift providers, insurance brokers, quick-reaction forces, and multiple layers of government — could rival or even surpass the logistical complexity of the First Gulf War. That campaign moved roughly 500,000 troops and millions of tons of equipment over six months using hundreds of ships and thousands of aircraft sorties, while also confronting the massive post-conflict challenge of hundreds of burning Kuwaiti oil wells that required international firefighting teams, specialized equipment, and sustained coordination to extinguish. Unwinding 1,500–3,200+ commercial vessels involves comparable or greater numbers of hulls, sustained multi-month processing, commercial legal/insurance frameworks, crew welfare on a massive scale, delicate sequencing in congested waters, and the movement of men, materials, ships, and airlift assets on an industrial scale — plus the permanent stand-by of tugs, firefighting, rescue, and naval escort forces to keep lanes open after any incident. This is the hard, unsexy work that will determine whether global energy and supply chains recover quickly — or remain crippled for months.

Can you remember the last time Americans agreed on anything like this?
83% support in today’s America is insane.
Voter ID is good for all Americans.
Regardless of race, party or gender.
Most Americans want it.
It’s the core of the SAVE America Act.
(Except crooked politicians)
Britain has now crossed a new red line!
A statue of Marwan Barghouti, one of the most notorious Palestinian terrorists, convicted of orchestrating multiple deadly attacks that murdered Israelis during the Second Intifada, has been erected in the UK.
Barghouti is serving multiple life sentences for his direct role in terrorism and the killing of civilians. This is the public glorification of a terrorist on British soil.
Britain is rapidly becoming a country that tolerates and even celebrates those who call for the murder of Jews.
What has happened to this once-great nation?
John Bolton is PLEADING GUILTY To Stealing Classified Documents.
The man who called his case "Trump's retribution" and vowed to fight is folding.
$2.25 MILLION fine and possibly up to 5 years in jail.
This is the same man who spent years going on cable news calling Trump a threat to national security.
For seven years, he sent THOUSANDS of pages of classified material to relatives through a commercial messaging app and his AOL account.
He was doing exactly what he was accusing Trump of.
Turns out, the biggest critic was the biggest hypocrite all along.
Meet Parm Sandhu. She sued @metpoliceuk for discrimination and pocketed £120k - despite becoming the force's highest-ranking Indian officer.
She then wrote a book calling everyone racist.
She’s now @CollegeofPolice's Chief Executive, which explains everything RE: Henry Nowak.
🚨 Islam's Conquest of America - We Are Aiding and Abetting Our Own Demise
First Pakistani-American woman joins both the U.S. Air Force and NYPD, then brags how both bent the rules for her.
• No hijab off, even in gas-mask training.
• Full uniform waivers.
• Modified PT so she could cover up.
• Taxpayer-funded halal meals.
She stood beneath the American and Pakistani flags and declared, "America accommodated her." Not the other way around.
This is conquest by compliance. Even Pakistan is laughing at us...
Military and NYPD now enforce Sharia privilege while punishing Christian faith.
A system that:
• Executes apostates and blasphemers
• Declares women and non-Muslims inferior
• Claims supremacy over the Constitution
is being institutionalized in our uniforms.
This is the Pakistanification/Islamization of American power.
To our political leaders...Sharia isn’t "coming." It’s already here, in the badge, the barracks, and the ranks.
The war within has been raging...at what point will Washington address this takeover?
Share if you want America First, not Sharia first.
Labour politicians and authorities have reportedly referred to young White British girls — victims of grooming, trafficking, rape and torture by foreign paedophile gangs — as ‘WHITE TRASH’.
These girls were systematically targeted because they were White. Many have since taken their own lives after enduring unimaginable trauma.
This is not negligence. It is contempt. It is racism against White children, enabled by a political class terrified of being called racist themselves.
How are these people still in power? The betrayal of Britain’s daughters demands justice — and removal
Gov. Gavin Newsom said he has a secret “break the glass” plan to prevent California from electing a Republican governor. He recently signed a law that states mail in ballots signatures do not have to match.
SB73 Section 3. Clause F reads : (f) A vote by mail voter observer shall not be permitted to challenge a signature on a vote by mail ballot return envelope pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 3019, or on statements completed pursuant to subdivisions (d) and (e) of Section 3019, on the basis that they believe the signature does not compare with the signatures appearing in the voter’s registration record.
There’s no election integrity in California.
❌ Mail in ballots to every Californian and even if you moved state, you’ll still get a ballot.
❌ signatures do not need to match
❌ unsecured drop boxes that get vandalized and set on fire
❌ months of counting with ballots being flown in by helicopter.
❌ No voter ID
❌ “Honor system” for voter registration.
Until election integrity is addressed we will never have a balanced state.
And if you’re wondering why the Democrats have designated the homeless and illegals as a protected class, here is why: they are voting.
How many have voted for Karen Bass?
Los Angeles ballot fraud exposed:
The Los Angeles homeless are bribed with cash and drugs in exchange for registering to vote and signing election petitions, caught on tape:
“You can just put Pinocchio Lane.”
“California NGOs encourage homeless people to use fake addresses to sign petitions and register to vote, a state and federal felony. Footage shows 28 instances of cash changing hands for ballot signatures and voter registration forms. Many of the petitioners had no understanding of the purpose of the petitions they were signing. Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses: “Oh, you can just fake an address.”
Every single of these NGO’s should be charged and prosecuted for interfering in U.S. elections, bribery, racketeering, conspiracy and defrauding the United States government.
@JamesOKeefeIII
🚨 NOW: It's officially been nearly 48 HOURS since California poll close and NEARLY 4 MILLION VOTES (42%) are left to count
STEVE HILTON EXPOSED IT: "A whistleblower told me they had different buckets for ballots after election day, and were TOLD it DOESN'T have to be postmarked on or before election day — if the date was HANDWRITTEN that would be OK as well!" 🤯
THIS IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD, and it's been LEGALIZED
Shut it down!
“Kill all White people”
Fredrick Demond Scott, 22 said multiple times that he wanted to kill all white people.
Scott has been charged in connection with SIX murders.
All victims were white.
The murders were all over the course of a year with the last victim shot in the head in Kansas City.
All victims were killed near the Indian Creek hiking trail in the city of 480,000 where he stalled & murdered his White victims.
When they say they want to kill you... BELIEVE THEM!
It’s infuriating that this is not being treated as a national emergency. It’s so obvious what is going on. Colonization is very real and heritage Americans are completely exposed, and no one is willing to protect them.
The solutions transcend operating within the present system. But no one is positioned to deal with it on those terms. Very dangerous moment.
