Actually gobsmacked at the shambles of a service I’ve received over the last 2 days. Purchased a business which banks with @StarlingBank I’ve been declined an account therefore my business funds are sat in limbo with no way to access them.

@wbtourlondon please help, I’ve had issues with your website when getting to payment, it eventually went through but booked a later date. (31 Jan 2022) However the hotel date booked is the 31 December I just need to know if you can change our date to either the 31 Dec/01 Jan.
