Our 7th & 8th Graders had a great first day in St. Louis. We toured the Gateway Arch museum, walked on the riverfront, and took the tram up to the top of the arch. We then went to the City Museum, a 10 story playground. We finished the night taking at a Cardinals game. #WeAreMG
Come out tonight to the MGUSC K-12 Art Show from 6:30-8:30 pm in the Jr. Hi. Gym (Door #5 - northside of the building). Trust me when I say that you will not be disappointed that you took the time to visit. We have some incredibly talented students here at MG. Well Done! #WeAreMG

Day #4 & Final Day in NYC - We went to the Museum of Natural History and took a walk into Central Park before getting a transfer bus to take us to LaGuardia for our return trip home. It’s been a great trip, and I’ve enjoyed getting to know everyone a little better. #WeAreMG
Day 3 in NYC is complete! We had another awesome day! We started with a short walk on the Brooklyn Bridge before going to Chinatown, Little Italy, MET, supper at Guy Ferrati’s Chicken Guy, and ended with the amazing Broadway show “& Juliet.” We’ve had a great trip! #WeAreMG
NYC Day #2 Continued- we also saw the Oculus Subway Station, took a subway ride, and ended the night at Times Square! Ready to rest again before another great day tomorrow. #WeAreMG
NYC Day #2 - Another fun-filled, perfect weather day. We saw the Empty Sky Memorial, Liberty Island & the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Battery Park, the New York Stock Exchange/Wall Street, Trinity Church, the 911 Memorial & Museum (continued in first comment) #WeAreMG
We spent time at Rockefeller Plaza, visited St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Bryant Park, the NY Public Library, Grand Central Terminal, ate at the Excellent Dumpling House for supper, and ended the day at the Edge at Hudson Yards. Time for bed - lol. #WeAreMG
Day 1 of the NYC trip is in the books and we are all ready to rest. Losing an hour of sleep and a 3:30 am departure from MG has made for a long, but fun day! We started in the Indy airport. Fog kept us in the air a little longer circling New York, but we finally landed. #WeAreMG

Congrats to Camryn Bolser - She was awarded Best of Show in all of Mad. Co. today at the Art Assoc. of Mad. Co.'s 27th Annual Student Exhibition at the Anderson Museum of Art. Her stained glass piece entitled "Songs Held in Glass" was simply breathtaking. #WeAreMG
