@Mobyhaque1 If he wants to leave though (what ever the reason playing time, coach change, fan reaction as it can’t be money) then aren’t we better off. Could be completely wrong but he work ethic was poor under slot and I would be fearful of the level of effort he would put in under Iraola
@SimonBrundish Id say the last bit was lost in translation I would hope he had meant that the feeling of disappointed the fans made it tough when they lost. Not that the fans made it tough, because apart from the toxic last mths the fans never turned on the team for losing.
We are letting him leave for financial reasons, we want his wages off the books and his fall out with Slot is the perfect excuse. His desire to win and dedication can’t be quantified ffs.
@HendrickD82 I can’t remember seeing him the in RB space covering defensively, either he hasn’t a clue as to his responsibilities or he has been told not to. Either is negligence from the manager.
@kevinhatchard@donkopleone I don’t think any of our summer signings made sense if we were sticking to a 4-3-3 formation. 3-5-2 would have made more sense or some variation of it. Frimpong, Kerkez, Isak, Ekitite and Wirtz all would be more comfortable in it.
@LFCApproved Should Mo have been dropped yes, his numbers and performances this season have been dire, without any bias he has played really poorly.
I get the arguement that same goes for Gakpo and Konate but Gakpo still is delivering numbers and we don’t have a direct replacement for Konate
@LFCApproved Carras commentary has a lot to do with how last nights game was perceived. He continually said Sunderland deserved to win, we were shite but the game I watched Sunderland weren’t the better team.
