@Hoosiers1986 @anymanfitness Different times. My mom was a teacher for 35 years. Pay was proportionate to cost of living, benefit & retirement packages were strong. Retired 20 years ago well. I’ve been in for 26 years. Pay has not paced, healthcare & retirement benefits slowed. I do well b/c of side gig.
