Land is the issue! As Art Manuel emphasized if U add up all reserves in Canada it is 0.2% of Canada’s land mass & Feds want 2 eliminate remaining Indian Reserves by breaking up reserves into private property/provincial land registry systems. Feds are coordinating w/ Provinces!
