Now, instead of actually helping me get a new appointment, they just send the same response which is to go on a wild goose chase to find a new pharmacist that will accept it vs just giving me the name of a Dr on their list in TX. This is so out of control.

@TeamQuickMD I had an appointment cancelled on me and rescheduled with another doctor located in California. My pharmacy will not accept this and the quickMD support team will not provide me with the name of a Dr in TX so I can spend another $100 to redo my appointment.

When I mentioned that sending a scheduled drug interstate was a bad idea and they should have known better, I was told 'you could have cancelled the appointment' - excuse me.. how was i supposed to know that dr was in California?!

I have a child to feed and bills to pay. UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT.
