@plat_eface 5 weeks in from the injury, 1 week until cast off and stitches removed, then a boot for 3 months and then physio. One week at a time at the minute. Good luck with your's too

Been at North Manchester Hospital today for surgery to repair my ruptured achilles tendon. Must say that all @MFTnhs have been superb all day...friendly, caring and even supplied me with milk and bourbon biscuits post op. Can't ask for much more. Thank you 👍🏻

Been at Fairfield Hospital today with a ruptured achilles 😬 Really friendly and caring staff at @PennineCareNHS have looked after me well today. A member of staff on their way out and on their way home even stopped to ask if I was ok whilst I was waiting for a lift. Thank you 👏
