Maple Hill has a new golf program. All practices and home matches are held at Pheasant Hollow Golf Course. Head Coach Patrick Austin manages this account.

These 2 battled hard from the blue tees with the top 112 in section 2. They represented our program well & I couldn’t be more proud. Lots of lessons learned, a bit of scar tissue developed, but we left with our heads held high excited about the future of MH golf! @MH_Athletics

My favorite tradition! Last practice…Ryder Cup event with pizzas & snacks. Team Landon wins the event, 3-0. Awesome season. 22 players! Effort, commitment, etiquette were top notch. 10-4 league record. 4 sectional players, 2 still playing. Program in GREAT shape. @MH_Athletics

Round 1 of sectional play was today. Maple Hill finished 5th out of 21 C/D teams, led by Nolan Mullahy’s 81 (par 72) and Jake Germaine’s 82. The best we’ve ever done for team! Nothing official yet, but waiting to hear if we will send 2 guys onto round 2! 🤞 @MH_Athletics

They will join Jacob and Landon at Tuesday’s event. I’m proud of them all. I know this was weighing on them but today they managed their emotions and showed focus under pressure (Nolan-41 Jack-42). Jack shook off a rough start and finished +2 over his last 6 holes.

A shutout win over C-D at Island Green in the season finale. The team was 10-4 in league play (3rd place).

We also saw our THIRD and FOURTH golfers qualify for sectional play tonight by getting their last needed scores. Congrats Nolan and Jack!

Spent the day at the Patroon Conference Medallist Tournament with these four at Thunderhart. While it wasn’t our best scoring day (we finished 4th), it beats a day at school! Our league finale is Friday at C-D!

Was a wet & raw night at Olde Post GC. The team dealt with nuisance golf conditions all round, but played steadily. Some didn’t even have towels/umbrellas! In a very different format, all 8 golfers scores were added together. We lost by just 2 strokes to Columbia!

The revenge tour continues! MH flips an earlier season loss with a W vs 2nd place Hudson at their place, 7-5. Props to Landon for fighting back, winning his last 3 holes to win stroke play & tie match play. Combine that w/ Tim & Parker getting 3.5 of last 4 pts and that seals it.
